Big Change

"Participating with the group made it easy for me to keep going; they provided extra encouragement. Meeting once a week with your help to answer questions was helpful and supportive. As a result of the 21 day experience I have stopped drinking soda and using the microwave to reheat “left overs”. This is a big change for me. Thank you."

Invaluable

"I found the group support to be invaluable. Doing the cleanse with my husband made it easy to shift our eating patterns although I have practiced gluten free eating for 1 1/2 years. The other changes were easier to make together. I didn’t have any expectations about what the experience would be like except my intention to be healthy. I noticed that each person’s experience was individual and unique. For me, there were a couple of unexpected emotional releases that provided great awareness of old beliefs and patterns that I was able to release. During one of our weekly sessions, at the closing meditation, I was able to embrace a new relationship with one aspect of my physical body that completely stopped some physical symptoms that were recurring. This is huge for me. I’ve also noticed that I no longer have a desire for wine. In fact, after the cleanse I ordered a glass of red wine one evening while eating dinner out and much to my surprise it really didn’t taste that great and my body felt weird. I haven’t had any since. I no longer crave dairy cheese either. Goat cheese is great when I want to add cheese to something. Robert and I have also chosen to keep taking the Mediclear SGS nutritional shake. We like it and it provides a great boost during the day. Thanks again, Dr. Katka for all that you are giving to each one who participates. You are amazing!"

What really makes a difference everyday is how good I feel.

"I am writing this recommendation for Dr Katka, because her knowledge, guidance and expertise has helped to shift my life. I have been participating in her monthly "The Energy of Illness Series" for several months. They have been informative, educational and low pressure. Because of her background as an MD and a naturopath, she delivers detailed information about the inner workings of the body and how food, toxins, exercise, stagnation and our environment play roles in our health. This was all done without using blame, shame or pressure to encourage people to make healthy shifts. "After 3 months, I decided to participate in a 3 week program that included a 21 day full body cleanse, 4 supplement IV’s (in her office) and an organic eating program that focused on a plant based diet. Not only do I feel better… I also chose to have blood work done, as I have a history of high cholesterol. In 3 weeks, my cholesterol level dropped 10%, triglycerides dropped 40%, HDL (good cholesterol) increased by 36% and the Overall Cholesterol/HDL ratio dropped by 44%!! To top that off, my blood pressure has been significantly reduced. "As excited as I am about these shifts in "the numbers".., what really makes a difference everyday is how good I feel.
