You may make a free 15 minute consultation if you wish to find out more information about any particular therapy or have any questions or concerns about naturopathic medicine and its effects and benefits for your particular condition.
If you know that naturopathic medicine is the way for you, schedule a new patient appointment (phone or in person).

For your first visit, you will be asked to:

Fill out new patient paperwork – so please arrive 20 minutes early to fill it out in the office or we can mail or email it to you ahead of time.
Provide copies of blood work for the last three to five years (if available).
Provide complete list of all your prescription medicines and supplements (with name, dosage and starting date) or you may bring the actual bottles.
Bring 3-7 days of diet diary.
Allow 1- 1.5 hours of your time for your visit

We do not accept insurance, however you can submit your superbill to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

CANCELLATION FEE:

In the case you are not able to make your scheduled appointment date and time – please let us know minimum of 24 hrs in advance to avoid $150 dollar cancellation fee.
